Using the off-line HMTL reader


Toolbar contents

The toolbar works like the toolbars found in most popular Web browsers.

Prev: Go to the previous link.

Next: Return to the next link.

Home: Go the the Home Page for this User's Manual.

Refresh: Force the screen to re-draw.

Open: Calls up a dialog box for opening a file.

Print: Calls up a dialog box for printing the current page.

Exit: Exit the HTML reader.

Menu bar contents

File menu: Familiar Windows functions like Open, Close, Save As, Print, Print Setup, and Exit. Also a Refresh File (for screen re-draw of the current page), and Go Home (for returning the the home page).

Search: Find a keyword on the current page, and Copy the current selection to the clipboard. Text can be selected through Select All, or clicking and dragging across the page text.

Bookmark: Allows you to Add a bookmark for the current page, access the bookmark list, and edit the current list of bookmarks with a Bookmark Manager. Click on a bookmark in the bookmark list to jump to that page.

History: Provides a list of the ten most recently read pages in the current session. Click on an item in the history list to jump to that page.
